Browser Based File Upload and Management.
Once you clients have uploaded their files, these files can be used over and over in
any number of print jobs. The user can also upload logos, icons and other images that
can be used with the online card designer applet. The file manager which is an integral
part of the print suite, facilitates uploading, deleting and annotating these files.
All your office staff have access to the same file manager and they can make use of it
when sending proofs. The administrator of your site can set quotas for each user and limits can be placed on the amount of space usage as well as the number of files to be uploaded.
What happens if there are thousands of unwanted files lying around? have no fear the administrator has full control of the system and can delete files that belong to any user. The
system also has several safe guards in place to protect against accidental erasure of a file
that is part of a work in progress.
