The print suite comes with a fully equipped forum that facilitates better communications between you and your client.
When ever a new order is
placed a new message board for the project is automatically created. Only the client who owns
the document and your office staff can read or post new messages on this board.
When significant events such as changes to the quantities, color schemes etc take place a
system generated message is added to board to help you keep track of changes.
A second message board is created for internal discussions among the office staff. This
water cooler is invisible to the client and can be used for all private discussions and comments.

A message can include any number of attachments and our drag and drop file up loader provides
convenient way of adding them. These attachments can be used to clarify the finer points of the
work in progress.
An optional add-in to the software allows new messages to be automatically copied to the user's email
address while another option provides a reply via email feature. All messages that originate from email addresses will be archived in the same manner as other attachments.
The availability of the message boards helps you to keep better track of changes and
helps to avoid misunderstandings between you and your clients.
As a security feature messages associated with work in progress cannot be deleted until the
order is either completed or cancelled.
