What is it?
The Print Suite is a software which allows you and your client to share documents,
negotiate prices, submit and review proofs and do many of the other tasks associated with
printing using your browser.
It is not a replacement for your sales rep or your support executive! Rather the print suite
will help you serve a larger number of clients with your existing human resources
Why?
How often do you find yourself getting on the phone with your clients? How
often do you send your representative over to the client's office or worse still how often
does the client have to visit your office? If you start using Rad Inks the answer
will be rarely.
How does it work?
Many print jobs start with a design. This can be something as simple as a text
document or complex as an intricate artwork.
The Rad Inks print suite provides the means for your clients to submit their designs over
the web. Our software gives several different options for uploading files to your
servers. Alternatively, customization possibility is to allow the client to start the whole process by simply sending an email to a
predefined address. The software will automatically process the email, send you an
alert and most importantly import the attachment into the database and create an order.
In some cases such as printing visiting cards the client may not have a design at hand.
That's where the card designer comes into play. If your client does not have a design at
hand it probably means he is unfamiliar with desk top publishing software. The simple interface
of the card design applet allows such users to easily sketch a design while at your site.
Gettings reprints is even easier, there's no need of resending the file.
Our software allows your clients to place multiple print orders for the same document either at a new price or
at the previously agreed rate.
How do you discuss the finer points or the pricing? The software includes a special message board
just for this purpose. As an added benefit you can opt to receive copies
of these messages in your mailbox.
