  <description>Java applets are not supposed to be multi-threaded. They are definitely not allowed to access local files or make network connections to remote servers. The Rad FTP applet breaks all these rules. Not stopping at opening files on your hard disk, it will connect to a remote FTP server and upload them. Worse still the applet will use multi-threading to upload several files concurrently.</description>
