If you purchase a license for our products, you can download all upgrades released with in
one year free of charge. You will recieve significant discounts on any new releases made after
one year from your original date of purchase. Better still you will then be entitled to another
year of free upgrades.
Please note that we do not charge renewal fees on any of our licenses

We now offer free 90 days support to all direct customers of Rad Inks. You can make any number
of requests by email or phone provided the questions relate to products that you have downloaded.
We will be quite happy to answer any questions you might have regarding
online demonstrations of our products, beta releases or even the products
that we have made available for free download.
Money Back
A money 30 day back guarantee is currently available on the Rad SFTP Applet and
the card designer. A partial refund is available on the
web based printing application service please refer to the
service FAQs for details.
Other products are not covered by such a guarantee, however if the products you have downloaded
does not meet your expectation we will be quite happy to hear about it and offer you a partial or full
refund on a case by case basis.
No refunds will be made on purchases of source code or redistributions licenses
